Applies to: All services including the Sacred Energy Renewal Ritual and optional add-ons.

At Spa Hub Sanctuary, we deeply value your wellness journey. We strive to provide every guest with a transformative, respectful, and relaxing experience. Because our services are time- and practitioner-based, we follow a clear and fair refund policy.
✅ Cancellations & Refunds

Full Refund:
A full refund will be issued if you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled service. -
Partial Refund or Credit:
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are not eligible for a refund, but you may receive a 50% credit toward a future session. -
No-Show Policy:
Clients who miss their appointment without notice ("no-show") will not be eligible for a refund or credit. -
Late Arrivals:
If you arrive late, your session time may be shortened out of respect for the next guest. You will still be charged for the full session.
💖 Rescheduling
You may reschedule once without penalty if requested at least 12 hours before your appointment. Please contact us via phone or email.
🎁 Gift Cards & Promotions

Gift cards are non-refundable but transferable to another guest.

Promotional services (e.g., free 15-minute sessions) cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
